The Uruguayan Patent and Trademarks Office has implemented the e-filing of trademarks and patents.

SAFIS: Adaptation to General Tax System
All SAFIS shall have to close their fiscal year on 31 December 2010. As of said date SAFIS shall be taxed according to the general tax system.
